In May 2013, the Award Winning HappyOrNot service was launched in 78 of Aleris’ healthcare clinics across all three countries, in order to monitor, report, and improve customer service satisfaction during every hour of operations.

Reports are automatically generated and delivered to our organization to evaluate, develop, and make our performance be even better” tells Bent Wulff Jakobsen, Medical Director of Aleris.
